Key responsibilities include recruitment, training, employee retention, ongoing coaching, and administering compensation plans. You will also ensure food quality meets specifications, manage inventory and supplies, oversee equipment and facility maintenance, and implement marketing promotions. Completion of required reports and paperwork is also expected.
