This individual is participating in a paid Day-in-the-Life experience as part of the General Manager hiring process. During this visit, the candidate will spend a few hours at the store observing operations, interacting with the team, and meeting with the District Manager. They are not performing regular job duties and are not a scheduled employee. Hours worked during this experience are to be compensated at the minimum wage of $17.00 per hour and must be submitted for payroll processing upon completion of the visit.
