This role also involves taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. The position requires strong mathematical, communication, and motor skills, as well as the ability to use computer systems for order entry. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for product delivery, including navigating to customer locations and handling adverse terrain. A key aspect of this role is leadership, including setting an example and coaching/training new employees. Work conditions are varying.
