About The Position

Culligan of Phoenix is seeking an accomplished, results-driven General Manager to lead and grow our market operations. This is a premier leadership opportunity for a strategic business professional who is passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the overall success of the business, including operations, sales growth, customer satisfaction, employee development, and financial performance. Requirements

10+ years of progressive leadership and management experience with demonstrated business leadership success.
Experience leading multi-functional teams within a service, distribution, manufacturing, or customer-focused environment.
Proven success managing budgets, business plans, and operational performance in a for-profit organization.
Strong experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth while improving operational efficiencies.
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency with business and financial software systems.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

Water treatment, water conditioning, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
