About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking telephone orders, inventory management, and cleaning the facility. This role requires strong communication and essential skills, including accurate mathematical calculations, making change, verbal and written communication, and motor coordination for precise movements. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough. Team members may also be required to utilize various tools and equipment. Additionally, the role involves delivering products by car to customers, which requires a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, and the ability to navigate various delivery sites while carrying product. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product, driving within a designated area, walking to and from the vehicle and customer locations, and potentially climbing multiple flights of stairs. Delivery personnel will also be exposed to varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
