About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment; stocks ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; prepares products; receives and processes telephone orders; takes inventory and completes related paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role also involves delivering products and promotional materials to customers within a designated delivery area.

The position requires accurate and quick basic arithmetic, handling monetary change, taking and processing orders verbally and in writing, using a computer keyboard or touchscreen, following written instructions, and communicating with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone. The role also requires coordinating precise hand movements, navigating to customer addresses, and carrying products across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
