About The Position

Auntie Anne's is the world's largest hand-rolled soft pretzel franchise, renowned for baking delicious pretzels to golden perfection right in front of customers. With a wide variety of snack and meal options perfect for people on-the-go, Auntie Anne's has become a popular quick-service spot found in shopping malls, transportation hubs, colleges, and entertainment centers worldwide. We’re looking for an energetic and reliable General Manager to join our team! As a General Manager, you’ll be the go-to person in the unit helping to keep operations running smoothly while providing great customer service. This role is perfect for someone with restaurant or food industry experience who loves leading a team and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing staff, and supporting the overall success of the store.

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cash handling, and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• A background in hospitality management or food service management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent food and customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Control inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing food orders
• Train new staff on food safety, food handling, and restaurant procedures to promote a knowledgeable team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure company profit targets are managed and met
