About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a General Manager for a locally owned two-store franchise. This hands-on position involves learning and managing all aspects of store operations, setting an example for the crew, and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed. The manager is responsible for shift operations, customer relations, cost and inventory controls, cash control, staffing, food management, store standards, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. This is a salaried position, with compensation commensurate with experience. Flexible schedules are available, and some nights and weekends are required.

Requirements

• Sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during a shift.
