About The Position

The starting pay for this position is $60,000-$70,000/annually. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. Five Guys Operations LLC participates in eVerify. Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
  • Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun demeanor.
  • Ability to set high standards for oneself and the team.
  • Willingness to remain humble and perform all tasks, including 'doing the dishes'.
  • Commitment to exceeding expectations and always doing the right thing.
  • Ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations with real work/life hours of operation (most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm, and no drive-thrus).
  • Achieve financial results and manage the financial success of the location.
  • Create a great place to work for the team.
  • Ensure customers have a great experience by serving amazing food with a smile.
  • Maintain high standards for oneself and the team.
  • Ensure food safety and positive customer experience, which are key components of the bonus plan.
  • Pitch in and contribute to a fun team environment.
