Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of leadership experience, including sales management and operational oversight
  • Proven success managing full P&L responsibility
  • Strong background in industrial distribution, fluid handling, or biopharma markets (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both commercial and operational teams
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and growing market share
  • Experience in both transactional sales and solution-based selling environments
  • Strong financial acumen, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Travel required to support customers, suppliers, and growth initiatives (~25–50%)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage full profit and loss (P&L) performance, including revenue growth, margins, and cost control
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company strategy
  • Drive accountability across the organization to meet and exceed financial and operational targets
  • Lead and develop outside and inside sales teams, establishing clear goals, KPIs, and accountability
  • Build and execute sales strategies to expand market share, penetrate key accounts, and grow revenue
  • Maintain direct involvement with key customers and strategic opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to enhance market position
  • Oversee warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Align operations with sales demand to ensure seamless execution and service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and tools (CRM, pricing, inventory management)
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance and scalability
  • Ensure delivery of best-in-class customer service, technical support, and application expertise
  • Act as a visible leader in the market, representing Accuflow Systems with customers and suppliers
  • Travel as needed to support customer relationships, supplier partnerships, and business development initiatives
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team environment
  • Recruit, coach, and develop talent across sales and operations
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and winning together
