About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for managing the store, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The General Manager must set an example by following all policies and procedures at all times and expecting the same from the crew. The role also involves staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining store standards and cleanliness, providing great customer service, marketing, and supporting profitability.
