About The Position

This is a high-accountability leadership role for an individual who can drive sales performance, execute operational standards, and lead from the front. At BLISS Car Wash, Site Managers are expected to take full responsibility of their site—from membership growth to team performance and daily execution. This role is best suited for leaders who are comfortable being measured by results and held to high standards.

Requirements

• Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Ability to set expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable

Responsibilities

• Drive daily membership sales and conversion performance
• Coach and develop team members to meet and exceed goals
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and fully operational site
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members
• Enforce company policies, procedures, service standards and safety
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, and ordering
• Ensure execution of opening/closing procedures and site readiness
• Identify operational issues and implement timely solutions
• Support all areas of the business as needed to ensure success
• Lead by example through active, visible management
• Maintain a strong on-site presence with the team
• Monitor and manage performance daily (sales, labor, execution)
• Address issues promptly and effectively
• Foster a motivated, accountable, and results-driven team culture
