About The Position

The General Manager oversees daily Domino’s store operations, leads the team, and ensures excellent customer service, food quality, and efficient delivery. The role is responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and maintaining company standards. Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment.
• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team.
