About The Position

FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon is seeking a driven, high-capacity leader for a significant role in the Canadian powersports industry. This position involves leading the largest motorsports dealership in the prairies, a 45,000 square foot operation with multiple premium brands, over 40 team members, and a diverse range of vehicles including motorcycles, offroad, snowmobiles, and marine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and daily operations of the dealership. This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively lead large teams, ensure accountability, make critical decisions, and drive results across all departments. The General Manager will oversee Sales, Parts, Service, Finance & Insurance, Administration, and Marketing, collaborating with senior leadership to execute business strategy and growth plans. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant expectations, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a dealership, automotive, motorsports, marine or other high volume retail operation
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• Ability to lead large teams in a fast paced environment
• High level of accountability and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple departments and leaders
• Ability to create momentum, energy and urgency within a team
• Comfortable making difficult decisions and leading through challenges

Responsibilities

• Leading the overall day to day operations of the dealership
• Driving profitability, revenue growth and market share
• Managing and developing department managers and leadership teams
• Creating a strong culture of accountability, performance and customer experience
• Reviewing and managing financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Ensuring departments are operating efficiently and hitting KPI targets
• Managing staffing, hiring, coaching and succession planning
• Driving new and used inventory strategy and aged inventory management
• Working with OEM partners and maintaining strong brand relationships
• Leading marketing, events and promotional strategy alongside internal marketing teams
• Ensuring operational consistency, process execution and strong communication across departments
• Driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Managing large scale operational challenges while keeping teams motivated and focused
• Supporting long term strategic growth of the dealership and division
