About The Position

The position of General Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily operations and staff of the restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. This role provides leadership, direction, training, and development to all direct reports. The General Manager contributes to the success of the restaurant by building sales, hitting goals, and driving restaurant profitability. Other duties as assigned will also be part of this role.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family dining is required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
