Requirements
- Previous multi-department leadership experience in a fitness or service setting.
- Strong business acumen and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and build strong team culture.
- 1+ Years as General Manager or higher
- Previous experience with Sales Goals

Responsibilities
- Lead daily club operations, staff performance, and member satisfaction.
- Meet financial goals and operational targets.
- Coach and develop department leaders and front-line staff.
