As General Manager, you will oversee overall store performance, including sales, customer experience, team development, and operational execution.   • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or other operational leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and operational results

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall dealership performance with a focus on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Drive sales volume and profitability objectives utilizing all sales channels in a continually changing environment.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to maximize business results and meet or exceed dealership goals.
  • Coach and develop high-performing teams while creating a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Provide leadership and direction across dealership operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings focused on performance, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve dealership performance.
