About The Position
Domino’s Pizza looks for General Managers who are adaptable and self-motivated, with a passion for customer service. General Managers are responsible for hiring and training new Team Members, implementing safety conduct for delivery drivers, managing costs, and developing Team Members to work to their full potential in a fast-paced yet fun working environment. General Managers are also expected to build and enhance profits by building workable relationships with other local businesses and the community. Additionally, General Managers need to maintain and control inventories, ensuring the quality of product and service meets the company’s operating standards.
