About The Position

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume hospitality and entertainment operation. This is an opportunity for a business-minded leader who enjoys developing people, improving culture, driving financial performance, and creating an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience
• Proven experience leading large teams and developing leaders
• Strong P&L, labor, COGS, and KPI management skills
• Hands-on experience with a major POS system such as MICROS, InfoGenesis, Aloha, Toast, Oracle, or similar
• A track record of building positive, engaged, high-performing teams
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a $10M+ operation is preferred, but not required. We value operational complexity, leadership ability, and results over a specific sales number.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of 100+ Team Members
• Oversee high-volume restaurant, bar, banquet, retail, and entertainment operations
• Manage sales, labor, COGS, inventory, and overall P&L performance
• Drive leadership development, training, coaching, and accountability
• Ensure guest experience and operational excellence
• Implement process improvement and execution of company standards
• Utilize POS reporting, business analytics, and data-driven decision making
