General Manager – Heritage Mazda of Catonsville Job Description $300,000 – $400,000 Annual Earning Potential Heritage Mazda of Catonsville is seeking a high-performing Automotive General Manager to lead a nationally recognized, market-dominant dealership. This is a rare opportunity to run a flagship Mazda store with elite volume, strong fixed operations, and the full backing of MileOne Autogroup. This role requires candidates to already be local to the Catonsville, MD area. Relocation assistance is not available. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Automotive General Manager or senior leadership experience
  • Must currently reside in the Catonsville, MD area or within a reasonable daily commuting distance (no relocation assistance provided)
  • Proven success in sales, service, and inventory management
  • Ability to lead by example and build high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of digital retail, CRM, and internet-driven sales
  • Strong work ethic and results-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Full operational responsibility for the dealership
  • Lead variable and fixed operations to achieve growth and profitability
  • Hire, coach, and develop management teams and staff
  • Set sales and service goals and hold teams accountable
  • Oversee new and used vehicle inventory
  • Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence
