About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant, build a strong team culture, and engage with the community. The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The role also oversees scheduling, product ordering, team-member training, and hiring. The manager is expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Judgment, math, and multitasking skills are needed.
• Must follow company policies and procedures and ensure the crew follows them.

Nice To Haves

• One year of restaurant general management experience is preferred.
