About The Position

Row 34 is an award-winning, high-energy neighborhood oyster bar with locations in the Seaport and Kenmore Square neighborhoods of Boston, MA; Cambridge, MA; Burlington, MA; and Portsmouth, NH. We pride ourselves on our extensive oyster program, dynamic menu centered on the freshest seafood, and people-first culture that values teamwork, growth, and hospitality. Row 34 Kenmore is looking for a General Manager to join the team of hard working professionals. This management position will invest heavily in Row 34�s service, hourly and management teams and the overall operations of the restaurant. This role requires the GM and CDC to be in lock step with one another, a united front for preparation and execution of service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• 1+ years of General Manager experience.
• Must be professional, confident and kind
• Must be a strong leader with strategic management skills
• Possess the ability to drive performance and success
• Foster a dynamic, fun and inclusive culture
• Should be excited about learning, teaching, mentoring and stepping out of comfort zones

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in a fast-paced, service-driven restaurant.
• Partner with the leadership team to execute daily operations.
• Train, support, and motivate the FOH team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests.
• Foster strong working relationships across FOH and BOH teams.
