Primo Restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead and initiate Food and Beverage (F&B) outlet operations. This role involves outlet marketing, food and wine promotions, customer service, and inventory management. The General Manager will also assist with menu and recipe development, develop beverage programs, and maintain established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, budget administration, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, cost control, and inventory management. This position also involves managing staff performance, developing creative initiatives to enhance guest experience, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, OSHA, and Alcoholic Beverage Commission guidelines.
