About The Position

As the General Manager of Sofive Brooklyn, you will lead all day-to-day operations of our indoor soccer facility. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a dynamic team, driving local revenue, and upholding Sofive’s high operational standards.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for and understanding of the soccer industry
  • 5+ years of management experience, preferably in sports, recreation, hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a top-tier customer experience
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue and operational targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-first experience
  • Hire, train, and lead all center staff (Assistant Managers, Duty Managers, Program Coordinators, Sports Associates, and Service Representatives)
  • Conduct weekly staff and management meetings for alignment and communication
  • Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to boost participation and community engagement
  • Monitor KPIs, manage payroll and inventory, control supply expenses, and ensure timely bank deposits
  • Operate within budget and maintain strict compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform daily facility walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
  • Support the continuous development and improvement of Sofive’s operational standards
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet business goals
