While in hyper-growth mode, we are searching for a General Manager to join the leadership team and drive Operational Excellence and Dealership Expansion during this exciting growth phase. The successful candidate will have... Multi-Location Operational Leadership... oversee performance and profitability across multiple dealership locations, ensuring elevated customer service standards, operational consistency, and scalable infrastructure. Sales and Revenue Strategy / Brand Engagement... design and execute revenue growth strategies, targeting both retail and commercial channels while maximizing margins and enhancing customer lifetime value... build Brand and Marketing presence in the Region through partnerships and outreach. Customer & Commercial Market Development... build and sustain high-value relationships with commercial landscapers, contractors, municipalities, and enterprise accounts to drive market share, loyalty, and recurring revenue. Product & Market Expertise & Service Excellence... leverage deep knowledge of the OPE market to guide sales strategy, service excellence, staff training, and product positioning for both retail and commercial segments.
