Requirements
- Track record of positive results in a VP or GM role for 5 to 10 years
- 5 years prior full P&L responsibility
- Experience in the glass industry preferred. We'll also consider candidates from building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record as a Plant or Operations manager and are fully ready for your next step as a General Manager

- Running an operations team, sales team, front office, etc.
- Proven track record of sales growth

Benefits
- Base salary $180,000 to $200,000 plus quarterly bonus and long-term incentive plan
