This role involves leading a single restaurant, driving sales, achieving performance goals, developing people and teams, and executing operational standards. As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals, monitor employee tasks for compliance with Quality, Service, & Cleanliness programs, ensure proper training, manage food, labor, and paper costs, make hiring and termination decisions, attend meetings, and develop restaurant operation skills for growth within the organization.
