About The Position
The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires the ability to perform mathematical calculations, make correct monetary change, and possess strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills. Additionally, the General Manager must have good motor coordination for accurate and rapid movements, be proficient in entering orders via computer or touch screen, and be able to comprehend and provide written instructions. Effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers is essential. The role also involves delivering product by car to customer doors and distributing flyers and door hangers, requiring navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses. The General Manager must be able to navigate various terrains and buildings while carrying product, and lead by example, coaching and training new employees. Work conditions are varying.
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Responsibilities

- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
