Safety is a top priority, and the General Manager is expected to provide daily to-do lists for maintaining restaurant cleanliness and upkeep. Hiring exceptional, friendly individuals is crucial, as is maintaining perfect product standards and preparing the store for EOC evaluations. The role also includes attending weekly GM meetings and promptly reporting any incidents with necessary documentation. A key responsibility is to hire and staff the store effectively to eliminate all overtime.
