About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the best people are hired and retained. This role involves reviewing feedback from the Director of Operations/District Manager, driving with drivers to provide coaching on efficiency and 'smart hustle', and analyzing SUTUS reports to improve call handling times and reduce on-hold calls. The General Manager must maintain detailed records of free items given away, optimize load times, and improve overall team and store efficiency to achieve target EDT. Safety is a top priority, and the General Manager is expected to provide daily to-do lists for maintaining restaurant cleanliness and upkeep. Hiring exceptional, friendly individuals is crucial, as is maintaining perfect product standards and preparing the store for EOC evaluations. The role also includes attending weekly GM meetings and promptly reporting any incidents with necessary documentation. A key responsibility is to hire and staff the store effectively to eliminate all overtime.

Requirements

  • Ability to hire and staff the store to eliminate all overtime.
  • Ability to review SUTUS reports daily and work on getting to zero calls on hold and 90% of calls answered in less than 2 rings.
  • Ability to maintain detailed notes on free items given away daily.
  • Ability to maintain loads at 3 minutes or less.
  • Ability to work on driver hustle and in store hustle to get EDT to 18 minutes.
  • Ability to give out daily to do list to strive for impeccably clean and well maintained restaurants.
  • Ability to hire only exceptional people radiating friendliness with a SMILE.
  • Ability to maintain perfect product in the store.
  • Ability to get stores ready to score well on the EOC.
  • Ability to attend and participate in weekly Gm meetings.
  • Ability to report any incidents to your Director of Operations/District Manger immediately.
  • Ability to provide all necessary paperwork to insurance companies.
