About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of our fast-paced retail food operation. The General Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing profitability, developing and inspiring high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, food quality, safety, inventory and financial performance while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong operational and business acumen who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving results through teamwork and exceptional service.

Requirements

2+ years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility.
Proven leadership in hiring, coaching, scheduling, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with experience managing financials, labor, and operational performance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain), Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexible availability.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work 45+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive culture focused on engagement, retention, and operational excellence.
Direct daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, food safety, security, and compliance to ensure efficient, profitable performance.
Manage P&L, labor, cost of goods, and inventory controls while implementing local marketing and community outreach initiatives to drive sales growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high operational standards, resolving customer concerns, and leading teams to consistently exceed performance goals.
