About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager to lead a restaurant in Mill Creek / Seattle Hill Rd. The role is responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including cost, inventory, and cash controls and customer relations. The General Manager sets an example by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from the crew. Duties also include scheduling, ordering products, training team members, and hiring. General Managers may receive a profit-share bonus based on controlling costs within goals, in addition to the listed achievement bonus. The company describes the position as a demanding leadership role suited to someone with sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
