Rooted in immediacy, sourcing, and nostalgia, Ondîne is a restaurant where cooking happens in real time: herbs cut to order, sauces finished à la minute, and ingredients sourced both locally and globally. A focused wine list and a concise, evolving cocktail program complete the experience. Small in size, ambitious in execution—this is a hands-on, detail-driven operation where every seat matters. We’re seeking a General Manager to lead the opening and set the tone for what hospitality looks and feels like at Ondîne.
