The Blake’s LOTABURGER General Manager (GM) is in charge of protecting current sales and boosting future sales. They oversee all restaurant operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability by managing food, beverage, and labor costs. The GM’s main goal is to represent the Blake’s brand with pride by living our culture and core values: Kindness, Teamwork, Passion, and Process. The GM ensures the restaurant is efficient, provides quick and friendly service, and is welcoming to all our guest.

Responsibilities
- Protecting current sales and boosting future sales.
- Overseeing all restaurant operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability by managing food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Representing the Blake’s brand with pride by living our culture and core values: Kindness, Teamwork, Passion, and Process.
- Ensuring the restaurant is efficient, provides quick and friendly service, and is welcoming to all our guest.

- Competitive Pay: $60,000-$70,000 annually
