About The Position

As General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation. GMs are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams and developing future leaders.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Completion of a background check
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • Occasionally uses taste, smell, and far vision; works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces; may use a step stool/ladder

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industries with proven success managing financial results
  • Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
