About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This role requires a natural leader with skills in judgment, math, and the ability to multi-task. General Managers are responsible for all aspects of store operations during their shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. They set the tone for the store and must be consistently performing at a high level.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team (managing 3 to 30 people).
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills.
  • A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to be a great role model, demonstrating punctuality, a positive attitude, and high standards for self and team.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Motor coordination for rapid and accurate hand/finger movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
  • Ability to stand for most tasks.
  • Ability to walk on various surfaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds each.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage employees during a scheduled shift (3 to 30 employees).
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment.
  • Prepare products accurately and consistently according to recipes and procedures.
  • Deliver product to customers safely and courteously.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance according to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
