About The Position

Millstone Medical is a fast-growing, fast-paced medical service provider for the top Orthopedic companies in the industry. Millstone’s business focus is sterile and non-sterile packaging of medical devices. Millstone also engages in other activities, such as mechanical inspection and assembly, which are designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Requires 10+ years of prior Operations experience
  • Prior experience demonstrating effective management skills
  • Ability to recognize and communicate potential issues
  • Plan ahead and manage multiple priorities
  • Effectively train employees, manage and provide leadership
  • Knowledge and execution of issues related to FDA/GMP compliance
  • Advanced skills with metrics, excel, PowerPoint and word documents
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Results oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment; to plan and accomplish goals

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate activities consistent with MMO goals, objectives and policies.
  • Develop strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees.
  • Communicate well with customers and develop client relationships.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Millstone services and quality processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Data driven and work to make sure adequate metrics are developed and monitored.
