About The Position

This role involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and handling customer orders via phone. The General Manager is also responsible for inventory management, cleaning, and maintaining the facility. Key skills include accurate mathematical calculations, strong communication (verbal and written), motor coordination for precise movements, computer/touch screen order entry, and the ability to provide clear written instructions. The role also requires delivering products by car to customer doors, distributing promotional materials, and possessing navigational skills to locate addresses within a designated delivery area, including navigating various terrains and multi-story buildings while carrying product.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
