Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen for P&L management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Restaurant management experience preferred; training provided.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays, and travel.
- Proven commitment to reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.

Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for all restaurant operations, including P&L.
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through KPIs.
- Build high-performing teams through hands-on floor leadership.
- Develop strategies for sustained sales and team growth.
- Travel to support other Culver’s locations or new store openings.
- Mentor staff to develop future leaders.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
