About The Position
We are seeking an experienced General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing lab operations, sample management, R&D, customer engagement, and commercial growth. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded textile industry generalist with strong technical understanding and the ability to identify and drive business expansion opportunities within an established global customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 10–15+ years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in testing, chemicals, or technical services
- Strong understanding of textile testing methods, lab operations, and quality standards
- Experience in customer engagement, technical sales, or business development
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow business with existing and new customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
