About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is required. The role involves accurate and quick calculations, making correct monetary change, and strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Motor coordination for precise movements, computer/touch screen order entry, and the ability to comprehend and give written instructions are essential. Effective verbal communication with customers and co-workers is necessary. Responsibilities also include product delivery by car and to the customer's door, distributing flyers and door hangers, and navigational skills to locate addresses within a designated delivery area. The role requires navigating various terrains and delivery sites while carrying product. Additionally, the General Manager must lead by example and coach/train new employees. Work conditions are varying.

Requirements

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Must be able to lead by example and coach/train new employees.
