About The Position

Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a senior leadership role focused on people, performance, and long-term success. As a General Manager, you’ll provide strategic oversight for multiple salons by leading, coaching, and developing Area Managers and Salon Managers to deliver brand standards, build strong teams, and achieve consistent business results. This role is ideal for an experienced multi-unit leader who enjoys building leadership capability, improving operations at scale, and helping teams reach their full potential. We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused General Manager with Great Clips multi-unit experience managing four or more salons. You’ll mentor Area and Salon Managers, lead operations across multiple markets, and drive both team and business growth. If you’re passionate about developing leaders and creating lasting success, we’ll provide the platform to make it happen. For seasoned Great Clips leaders ready to make an impact at scale.

Requirements

• Proven retail or multi-unit management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Experience managing managers and holding teams accountable to goals and standards
• The ability to assess performance across multiple locations and implement effective action plans
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• Flexibility to work across multiple salon locations within the surrounding area
• A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset focused on long-term success
• Great Clips multi-unit experience managing four or more salons
