VP Management LLC is seeking an accomplished and elite General Manager to lead the operations at one of our prestigious hotel property in Princeton, WV. As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing all facets of hotel management. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire staff and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Exceptional knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities management.
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting performance metrics.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring superior guest service, smooth functioning of all departments, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the hotel management and staff teams to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost control to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations, company policies, health and safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, front desk, and other departments to deliver seamless service and maintain hotel facilities.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with corporate leadership to maximize occupancy and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with guests, vendors, suppliers, and local community partners to enhance brand reputation and loyalty.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
