About The Position

Border Cafe has served the Northeast for 35 years and today includes five locations. We run a high-volume casual dining operation built on consistent food quality, strong service standards, and a team culture that takes real pride in execution. We are hiring GMs who are natural leaders.

Requirements

  • Proven operational leaders with hands-on experience in casual dining at the General Manager or Senior Manager level
  • Passion for quality and always strive to execute our exacting standards in food, service, and facility management
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Be highly competitive, naturally assertive, and results-driven
  • Value structure and be detail-oriented
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations across FOH and BOH to consistently hit food, service, and facilities standards
  • Recruit, develop, and retain hourly and management talent
  • Coach and lead your team in the moment to drive performance
  • Build leadership strength proactively by developing future leaders early.
  • Own your P&L and drive profitable results
