The ideal candidate will be clever, energetic, dynamic, and friendly. This leadership role involves inspiring staff, fostering teamwork, and achieving restaurant goals. Daily responsibilities include managing front-of-house operations, selecting, developing, and coaching team members, and overseeing the operational budget. The General Manager will also manage inventory and ordering, drive revenues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
