Requirements

  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • High standards for oneself and the team, including punctuality, attitude towards customers and co-workers, and dress code.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.

  • Manage customer relations.
  • Set the tone and example for the store.
  • Lead and motivate a team to ensure they are in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing.
