Requirements

• Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell).
• Strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Passion for developing and leading teams.
• Strive for excellence.

• Instill the Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations.
• Have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.
