About The Position

Arby's is looking for a General Manager to lead their restaurant's Meatcraft®. This role involves helping the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members achieve success through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. The General Manager will also be responsible for local store marketing, helping to reach sales and profit goals, and ensuring the restaurant delivers top-quality meats. Requirements

At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience
Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
Eligible to work in the U.S.
