About The Position

Join Dash In, a division of The Wills Group and a leading regional convenience brand, where you can play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our corporate operations as a General Manager. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operations of a single convenience retail store, setting the standard for brand image, guest experience, and overall profitability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced guest-focused hospitality environment (i.e., retail, food service, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience leading a high-performance convenience store location; internal experience in high-performance Dash In store management preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.

  • Experience with multi-unit management
  • Exceptional performance in customer service, customer reviews, and mystery shops
  • Proven track record of success in guest-focused hospitality, c-store, operations, food service, and/or retail environments.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Contribute to new concepts, programs, processes, and foodservice innovations while maintaining high standards in a high-volume store environment.
  • Effectively manage product orders, maintain inventory levels, and protect against loss and pilferage.
  • Manage the P&L to achieve or exceed expectations in category sales, margins, labor deployment, and variable expenses.
  • Meet or exceed expectations in third-party audits and inspections, including ECO Sure Food Audits, ACL Guest Experience assessments, Age Verification Assessments, Internal Cash Audits, and Foodservice Compliance Audits.
