About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. This role requires a natural leader with skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. General Managers are responsible for all aspects of store operations during their shift, including cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. They set the tone and example for the store, maintaining a high level of performance at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during a scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile, including answering the phone.
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
  • Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
