About The Position

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented General Manager to join our cabinetry manufacturing team. This role requires a true Front-man, able to rally the troops / motivate the team with strong leadership, proven production management expertise, and a deep understanding of millwork manufacturing and project management.

Requirements

• Must be familiar with all safety features on equipment, machinery, or materials used for job duties.
• Abilities to work hands-on with team of 15+ and scaling the business for continued growth.
• Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction, and installation processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinetry or equivalent field.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong judgement and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Cabinet Vision.

Responsibilities

• Complete any pertinent safety checklists with shop staff, enforce safety requirements per OSHA standards to ensure a safe shop & immediately respond to any reports of unsafe conditions.
• Mange all projects from sales / estimates to install with everything in between, including engineering, purchasing, project P&L, and more.
• Supervise and monitor daily activities of shop employees to ensure production is in line with project schedules.
• Monitor that cabinetry is being produced efficiently on a daily basis to company and projects quality standards.
• Use computer software (Cabinet Vision) and the internet to organize, track, and communicate as needed.
• Accurately read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings.
